技术支持工程师

Job Responsibilities:

- Provide 1st line of Support to end-users 提供第一线MRI系统用户支持

- Provide training to end user services in respect of the MIS System 培训目标用户MRI系统

- MIS System Administrator back-up 系统管理员身份做好数据库备份，维护三台服务器

- Responsible for Data integration/conversion within the MIS 负责数据的整合和导入

- Improve or develop various reports using reporting tools based on the requirement. 根据用户需求改进和开发业务报表—会使用MRI报表开发工具

- Liaising with different entities, both internal and external to the organisation, for data accuracy of commercial real estate asset sales, large lease transactions, Reports, etc .与各部门协作，包括内部（各资产管理等部门用户）与外部乙方（MRI开发公司），确保公司商业地产项目销售，租约，报表信息在系统内的准确性

- Managing departmental databases, documentation, 保管存档MRI有关文档

Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications required for the position

- Real Estate experience is preferable but not essential 房地产行业优先但不是必须

Job Requirements:

- Higher diploma or above in information management or relative subjects.
- 1-2 years relevant working experience in business analysis and IT applications developmen

- Analytical-minded in computer database usage and web application environment
- Competent communication skills in both oral and written English and Chinese

Following are the plus:
· Familiarity with SQL Statement and ability to write SQL for reporting purposes,

· Familiarity with Windows 2003 Server, IIS Server configuration and maintenance.
· With Basic knowledge on Report Design (e.g. Crystal Report/ Form Design tools etc)
