职位描述
工作职责：
1、全面管理企业生产工作，制定生产计划，进行生产调度、管理和控制
2、辅助日常产品质量控制
3、控制生产成本，确保在市场上的成本优势
4、协调各部门之间的沟通与合作，及时解决生产中出现的问题
5、领导、管理工厂维护部门对工厂基础设备维护，保证生产现场能够正常生产，设备处于良好状态
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，太阳能光伏材料、电子、半导体物理等相关专业
2、5年以上同岗位管理经验
3、熟悉产品品质提升的管理手段，熟练掌握现代制造业的管理方法并能够将既往经验进行有效推广与传承
4、有光伏产业的工作背景，有光伏制造业的背景为佳
5、具有较强的分析、指导、创新和实施能力；有良好的沟通、协调、组织和团队建设能力
6、优秀的职业素养，坚毅、严谨、高效、创新的工作作风
7、英语流利，具备与外籍技术人员英语口语/书面沟通经验
