岗位职责：
1. 完成产品实验室测试板的设计及调试工作
2. 与项目负责人,应用部门共同定义模块级和芯片级电路的验证计划及验证环境
3. 执行芯片级产品验证工作及编写产品验证报告
4. 跟踪/管理验证工作进度，统计验证覆盖率

岗位要求：
1. 微电子，电子工程，通信或计算机工程等专业学士或硕士学位，具有3年或以上工作经验
2. 精通数模混合电路系统的原理设计, 布线规则及熟练运用 OrCad/Allegro，有信号完整性分析经验为佳
3. 有高速ADC/DAC或高速Serdes产品的验证及高速PCB布板经验优先
4. 有良好的沟通能力及文档编写能力
5. 责任心强，善于沟通，注重团队协作，较强的学习能力和钻研精神
