岗位职责：
1. 前台接待工作，接听和转接总机电话, 收取并分发快递和信件,接待来访客人
2. 每月办公室行政费用分摊，如文具、打印机、电信、房租、快递费等
3. 监管每家供应商提供的报价和服务质量；及时反馈部门对于供应商的意见
4. 维护和保养办公室设备，包括电话线、打印机、传真机、顶灯、空调等
5. 确保办公室环境整洁，地毯干净，所有物品井然有序
6. 每月更新办公室员工通讯录
7. 门警及监控系统的管理
8. 完成上级委派的其他任务

岗位要求：
1. 良好的待人接物技能
2. 具备良好的公司前台接待行为
3. 熟练英语，有较强的英语听说读写能力
4. 熟知公司行政条例
5. 大学专科或本科；或职业专科学校毕业

Main Responsibility:
1. Reception: Answering/Transferring phonecall, Receiving and dispatching couriers & letters, Receiving Guests
2. Monthly Admin Allocation: Stationary, copy machine, phone, Rental, express and postal, plants, drinking water etc
3. Order Stationery and office supplies, Monitor the service and price quotation from various vendors, provide timely feedback to BU with regards to complaints
4. Maintenance and Repair: Maintain office equipments inclusive of telephone lines, copy machines, fax machines, lighting, aircon etc…
5. Office Environment: Make sure office clean and in good order. Carpet Cleaning
6. Phone Directory Updating: Monthly update the office phone directory
7. Door Security and CCTV System Management
8. Other admin support assigned by admin officer.
Requirement:
1. Good interpersonal skills

4. Understanding of admin policies and vendor quotations
5. Bachelor Degree

Business Line Food & Beverage provides Market Expansion Services for food service and food processing equipment provided to hotels and restaurants, convenience stores and coffee shops, shopping malls and supermarkets, food manufacturers and fast-food chains, and hospitals and schools. These equipments include combi-oven, heater and warming system, coffee and beverage equipment, dishwashers, pizza and bakery equipment.
