职位描述
1.网页视觉设计：维护与更新网站的整体视觉设计，配合设计主管完成创意设计，确保视觉效果和用户体验。
2.网页制作：网站前台页面的制作，维护与优化。
3.网站界面设计(UI)：基于人机交互理论，寻求最佳视觉表达方式，设计各种视觉元素，如icon，边框，控件等；持续优化界面用户体验。
4.负责维护和更新界面设计标准和规范，并负责实施。
5.具有较强的平面设计表现力和创意能力。
岗位要求：
1、美术、平面设计相关专业；
2、熟练掌握AI、Photoshop、Illustrator、CorelDRAW等设计软件；
3、良好的理解和沟通能力，优秀的执行能力，具有提炼产品的卖点及广告文字编辑能力
4、具有较强的理解、领悟能力、工作协调能力和创造力；
5、有扎实的美术功底和设计理念，有良好创意思维和理解能力，美术院校或美术专业优先考虑。
