职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 能够独立完成管道装置、配管专业的方案设计、初步设计以及详细施工图设计；
2. 管道、阀门、管件等设计选型；
3. 为采购、建造、安装准备所需要的管道设计文件，并提供技术支持；
4. 与其他专业协调配合，互提设计条件；
5. 做好设计交底，指导现场安装工程施工，参与试生产；
6. 处理施工过程中出现的工艺配管相关问题并及时提出解决方案；
任职资格：
1. 化工工艺或化学机械等相关专业，本科及以上学历（条件优秀者可适当放宽）；
2. 具备（3）年以上石油天然气领域管道设计经验；有海外油气工程设计经验优先；
3. 取得压力管道设计或审核资格、注册化工工程师执业证书者优先；
4. 拥有在总体布置、管道走向、管道布置图、ISO图、材料表和管道支撑的设计经验；
5. 熟悉相关中国标准与规范及国际标准、规范和条例，如API、ASME等；
6. 熟悉管道焊接、安装和检验要求；
7. 能够熟练使用PDS软件从事化工配管设计和材料设计工作；
8. 了解一定程度的科技英语能力，能与外国专家进行专业沟通；具备一定的英文读写能力；
9. 有较强的责任心，良好的团队协作能力、沟通能力，勤奋敬业，谦虚踏实。
10. 所招人员要能够适应项目出差工作需要。
Job Responsibilities:
1) Work independently to conduct pipeline installation, to define design schedule, to implement basic design and to conduct detailed construction drawing design;
2) Responsible for the selection of pipelines, valves and pipe fittings;
3) Assist procurement, construction and installation to prepare pipeline design documents as required and provide technical support;
4) Coordinate with other professions and discuss design conditions with them;
5) Responsible for design handover, provide guidance for onsite installation, and participate in pilot production;
6) Solve piping related problems during the construction process and provide suitable solutions in time.
Job Qualifications:
1) Bachelor degree and above in Chemical Engineering, Chemical Process or related profession. (Conditions can be adjusted for outstanding candidates);
2) Minimum of 3 years work experience doing pipeline design in oil & gas industry, experience in overseas oil & gas projects is a big plus;
3) Qualified pressure pipeline designer and certified chemical engineer would be preferable;
4) Have design experience in general layout, pipeline route, piping diagram, ISO diagram, material table and pipeline support;
5) Good knowledge in both Chinese design standard and international design standard, such as API and ASME;
6) Familiar with requirements of pipeline welding, pipeline installation and pipeline examination;
7) Good command of PDS software to conduct chemical pipeline design and material design;
8) Good command of professional English; capable of communicate with foreign professionals; good command of English on reading and writing;
9) High sense of responsibility; good communication skills; work carefully; modest and practical;
10) Willing to travel for work.
