Job Description:
- Answer and screen incoming telephone calls promptly and efficiently
- Reception coordination
- Maintaining, organizing and prioritizing files,documents and correspondence
- Maintaining and ordering office supplies, equipment and so on
- Assist in clients communications
- Internal Admin and Human Resources Support
Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree of Administration or English.
- Good skills in both English and Chinese
- Good skills in office software
- Working carefully with high sense of responsibility; good team work skills
- Quick learner
