Major Responsibilities:

· Daily routine checking AOI performance including detect ratio & first pass ratio.

· Establish plan to improve AOI performance continuously, programming and optimizing for AOI to support new productions import

· Developing effective algorithm to detect failure mode & reduce false call ratio

· Statistic and analyze the inspection data and provide actions to support process improvement

· Use 6sigma Tools to assess the capability of equipment

· Calibrate equipment and establish standardized system to manage AOI program & equipment

· Perform troubleshooting and repairing work when machine breakdown.

· Setup inspection equipment maintenance plan, assist machine relocation and installation.

· Identify spare part/tooling, create and update spare part list.

Key Competencies:

· Excellent command of English

· Understand the theory of Optical inspection

· Ability to use 6sigma tools

· Be familiar with IPC-610

· Ability to utilize critical thinking skills as applied to root-cause troubleshooting and analysis.

· Ability to update and maintain machine reference documents and technical procedures

· Good team spirit and communication skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Educational: Bachelor degree in mechano-electronic fields.

Experience: 3-5 years experience in the electronics/manufacturing fields.
