OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB

This role will as team leader to coordinate all procurement activities as well as cross function collaboration, he/she will take care direct/indirect material purchasing, NPI, inventory control, supplier management and etc.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES

？ Purchase order release based on production /MRP planning requirements.
？ Negotiate with suppliers on required quantity and follow up the shipment with supplier to ensure the on-time delivery.
？ Work with quality engineer to improve the supplier quality.
？ Inventory control based on production plan fluctuation, push out and pull in schedule of orders to protect the inventory pipeline, meanwhile to prevent no shut down workshop with raw material
？ Cooperate with PE to monitor the BOM accuracy on the monthly base
？ Support Global purchasing team and launch team on supplier and material management.
？ Maintain ERP system data to make sure master data in system are accuracy and most update.
？ Obsolete and E&O RM Mgt
？ Support Finance function for AP, and follow the PR Policy
？ Cooperate with Project Team to ensure material preparation for new project safe launch.
？ Support Launch team to manage the NPI material
？ Support supervisor for the daily routine procurement management
？ Coordinate with cross functions for the issue resolution and follow up
？ Other assignment form management

KEY COMPETENCIES ？
Fluent English with both spoken and written.
？ Quick learner under high speed manufacture environment
？ International purchasing experience definitely is strength.
？ Strong business sense with excellent purchasing/planning knowledge
？ Excellent inventory control skills.
Basic management skills.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Educational: Bachelor Degree.
Experience: Minimum 5 years working experience in purchasing area of electronic industry.
