Executive Search Consultant

Tasks:

？ Maintain high quality research results
？ Lead the research team to execute high level search projects
？ Define search strategies, identify and approach high profile candidates
？ Evaluate and assess candidates
？ Project management and ensure the quality and schedule of the project
？ Secure a smooth communication with candidates and clients
？ Report to Managing Director


Requirements:

？ Bachelor degree or higher
？ Excellent English skills, German language skills preferable
？ 5 years + experience in an international HR Executive Search firm
？ Profound experience in leading search projects independently
？ Performance and quality driven
？ Outgoing personality, strong phone communication skills
？ Ambitious, hard working personality
