职位描述：
1. 负责批量生产产品的过程及质量控制；并在需要时对QC及作业员进行培训。

2. 熟悉项目过程，掌握现场情况，经常巡查监控，确保质量控制；

3. 现场巡回检查(产品、作业、过程)，发现并及时处理并跟踪有关质量问题(必要时提报上级协调或裁决)：注意现场有关文件、记录的更新及维护；对现场作业及检控人员进行必要的培训指导；督促现场坚持作好工序自检及过程检控；对现场的质量异常情况及时判定并跟踪；对现场作业中的不良现象及时提出修正建议；

4. 判定质量问题，并签单叫停，组织分析、解决问题；

5. 识别关键工序，适当应用统计技术，实施统计控制，并组织改善(计划、行动、检查、提高)；

6. 和全球的客户/供应商协调，沟通解决产品生产中的品质问题；

7. 遵守作业规范；明确本部门的环境因素及重要环境因素；熟悉相应的法律、法规；理解环境与质量方针、政策。

岗位要求：
1）本科3年或大专5年以上；
2）3年以上医疗器械、食品或药品行业经验；
3）2年以上体系工程师经验；
4）熟悉QSR820，cGMP，具有ISO3485内审员资格，熟悉注塑工艺。
5）熟悉“医疗器械生产质量管理规范无菌医疗器械实施细则”优先；
6）英语口语和写作流利；
7）良好的沟通和协调能力；
8）熟悉操作电脑。
