Main work content:
Daily schedule management, i.e., meeting organization and coordination
Business travel/home passage arrangement including flight/hotel reservation and other logistics work
Monthly Time Sheet and expenses report
Work permit/residence permit application and renewal assistance
Letter/memo and other business documents drafting, preparing and filing
Other duties as assigned

Requirement:
At least 5 years executive secretary experience in multinational companies, professional service firms relevant will be a big plus
A relevant university degree (preferably major in English) or other pertinent qualification
An excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficient computer skills in Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.
Detail oriented with patient and cheerful personality
Ability to work independently under pressure
