Financial/Management and Client Reporting

Responsible for the collection of data and preparation/consolidation of management reports for monthly Actual results, Rolling Forecast and Commitment for the reporting units of Leo Burnett.

This would include (but not limited to):

Income Statements and Balance Sheets
Revenues by Clients
Short Term, Forecast for Revenue and Headcount
Headcount Evolution and Movement Report
Overdue Receivables and Trade Working Capital Analysis
Capital Expenditure Status
Overdue Receivables details by clients and intercompany entities
Ensure that the data collected and reports prepared are properly backed up and filed.
Collect and review the analysis on the financial results the reporting units for Actual, Rolling Forecast and Commitment. To assist in the preparation of management reports to be submitted to Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago.
Generate monthly actual inter company matching report using the tool in HFM, follow up with countries/units on the mismatch and if necessary, involving the Greater China CFO to resolve the mismatch.
Review the submission of quarterly Client Profitability Report and to prepare analysis on the report.
Co-ordinate and collate the data for the submission of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Reporting, which is now an integral part of the Annual Report.
Assist in the preparation of reports for ad hoc requests.


Provide support in the coordination with the local finance teams on matters such as:
Collection and review of audited financial statements and their reconciliations.
Follow up with the agencies on the outstanding matters/issues relating to financials, taxation and compliance.

Responsible for the effectiveness of the financial reporting systems and ensure that the compliance with corporate reporting, statutory requirements and corporate policies.

Follow up on the implementation of the action plans to resolve deficiencies noted in the Internal Controls Review by the Brand FMC Team and where applicable Internal Audit points raised in Internal Audit Reports.
Desired Skills & Experience
As an ideal candidate, you should possess the following qualities:

Degree holder in Accounting or Finance related disciplines. Qualified accountant (ACCA / CIMA) is a must.
Minimum 5 to 6 years solid experience with relevant exposures in any of PRC,Hong Kong and Taiwan. Regional experience in Greater China will be an advantage.
Strong Excel skills to build financial models and perform macros. Experience with Hyperion Financial Management or Cartesis Magnitude is an advantage.
Knowledge of US and PRC GAAP.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin
Fast worker, meticulous and analytical. Good interpersonal skills and high level of independence.
Previous experience in Big 4 is preferred.
