The Company is a newly established Joint Venture between:
1) Beidahuang Rice Industry Group Co., Ltd., a member of the Beidahuang Group of Companies (‘Beidahuang’) and
2) CILasia, part of a group of affiliated companies in USA, Europe, Hong Kong and China. Beidahuang is one of China's largest agricultural companies (State-Owned) and responsible for securing and supplying grain to China's key cities and regions. CILasia provides a domestic and international link between Processors and End-users in Agri-Commodities & Products for the FOOD, FEED, and MANUFACTURING industries.

Purpose of the Position:
Be responsible for all logistic activities of the company.
Scope:
Report to CEO and/or CFO
Job Responsibilities:
? Follow freights: trucks/containers/dry bulk deep sea;
? Negotiate and secure equipment and space;
? Apply and monitor progress of Import & Export licenses and permits to let cargo in and out legally and smoothly;
? Prepare, verify and transfer Import, Export and/or sales documents;
? Tracing cargo, update and follow up status;
? Manage warehouse operations and inventory;
? Coordinate with finance department, A/P freights, A/P services, A/R clients etc;
? Coordinate with suppliers and clients;
? Coordinate internally with commercial departments;
? Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
? Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
? Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
? Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.

? 跟踪货运（卡车，集装箱，深海干散货）；
? 谈判并保证设备和空间安全；
? 监控进出口营业执照和许可证流程，确保货物合法顺利进出境；
? 准备，验证和传输进出口及销售合同；
? 跟踪货物，更新和跟进状态；
? 管理仓库运作和库存；
? 与财务部门协调，A/P货运，A/P服务，A/R客户等；
? Coordinate with suppliers and clients;
? Coordinate internally with commercial departments;
? Monitoring the quality, quantity, cost and efficiency of the movement and storage of goods;
? Analyzing data to monitor performance and plan improvements and demand;
? Allocating and managing staff resources according to changing needs;
? Analyzing logistical problems and producing new solutions.
Qualifications:
? Age: 30-45 years. Chinese nationals are preferred;
? 3 years of experience in a similar position is a MUST;
? Able to work and think INDEPENDENTLY; have a Can-Do Attitude / Proactive / Self-starter and able to work under pressure;
? Leadership qualities and ability to multitask;
? Computer skills: Excel, Outlook, Power Point, and Word, etc;
? Excellent written and spoken Chinese AND English.
Location:
Pudong, Shanghai (Currently: Zhangyang Road / Puming Road). By foot: 10 minutes from Metro Line 9, 15 minutes from Metro Line 2 and 4. However, company is looking to relocate in Pudong area.
Remuneration:
Gross RMB10.000/M and up. Commensuratewith relevant experience.
