Job Description:

1. Manage and control material costs and investments for new powertrain localization programs in India and China
2. Manage development of contribution cost targets for new powertrain programs to support unit gateways from to . The person will need to interface with Global Purchasing in Europe and APA and Global PD in Europe and North America.
3. Key Liaison with JV (CAF & JMC) to support the financial reviews of the unit / localization programs to go through the gateways.
4. Support engine cost benchmarking exercises with other plants and CBGs. The person will need to interface with the PT Finance controllers in FoE, FNA and FSAO
5. Take lead on quarterly financials reviews for Powertrain programs after approval. The person will need to develop the financial decks and review with APA management leading upto the PMM review each quarter.
6. Support vehicle programs with Powertrain financial data using the latest updates.
7. Act as the Ford APA interface between JVs (CAF, CFME, JMC) and Ford (incl. other CBGs) in power-train financial discussions and reviews.
8. Should be able to work independently and should stand-in for the Powertrain Controller in reviews where required. The person will need to interface with top management in global PD and global purchasing on a regular basis

Requirements:

• MBA / MS Finance with Bachelor Degree above in Accounting or Finance
• More than 8 years of finance related experience
• Strong cost control and analysis skill, Auto industry experience preferred
