The Account Executive assists the Account Managers in their day to day activities. They improve agency communication and ensure job consistency by carefully monitoring workflow.
In addition, s/he is responsible for evolving the traffic system to meet agency needs and for aiding management in evaluating its ability to absorb business from creative, production and account service standpoints. The Account Executive is an empowered facilitator.
Responsibilities:
? She/He should be able to receive a brief from client along with the BD Director and also to relay to the production team members
? She/He should be able to establish work plan schedule for client campaigns, with the help of the production team
? Assist the BD Director in preparing contracts, quotations and simple sales deck.
? She/He should be able to schedule meetings with different suppliers/partners/client meetings when necessary.
? Monitors information flow through production and client.
