Mechanical & Service Engineer（机械及服务工程师）

A. 岗位描述 Job Description：

1. Provide technical service and support regarding installation, commissioning & acceptance in mechanical to Group’s customers in China.
为公司国内用户提供设备机械安装、调试和验收方面的技术支持和服务。
2. Provide technical service on trouble shooting and maintenance to Group’s customers in China.
为客户提供售后有关设备故障的技术支持和维修服务。
3. Cooperate and assist overseas’ engineers of the sister companies in the Group to provide on-site technical service for mechanical.
协助配合集团内国外工程师为国内用户提供设备机械方面的各项现场服务。
4. Provide before-sales technical support to commercial team..
为销售团队提供售前的技术支持。
5. Follow up the technical parts of company’s sales orders, including communication with customers.
对公司的销售订单进行技术联络、跟踪和支持。
6. Translating and filling for relevant technical files.
相应技术文件的翻译和归档工作。
7. Other relevant jobs entitled by Line Manager or GM.
其他由直线经理或总经理布置的与机械服务相关的工作。


B. 资格要求 Qualifications：

1. University degree or above (major in “ Chemical Processing” or similar). 大学本科以上学历（化工工程或类似专业）。
2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experiences (preferably in mechanical on-site service). 三年以上相关工作经验（以在现场的机械安装调试服务为主）
3. Fluent English both in written and oral is a must. 英语听说读写流利。
4. Be willing to travel frequently. 能接受频繁出差。
5. With open mind, proactive working attitude. 性格开朗，工作积极主动。
6. Strong capability to analysis, to solve problem independently with the sense of responsibility. 有较强的责任心，独立思考、分析、解决问题的能力。
7. Good communication skill, strong spirit of customer service and team work. 有良好的人际沟通能力，具有较强的客户服务意识和团队合作精神。
8. Practiced computer application skill, especially for Auto CAD. 能熟练操作计算机，尤其是用CAD作图。
