General Purpose:
Will be an integral part of the team responsible for the monthly close of the corporate financial statements, including preparing the MOB, statutory financials and local management reports as required by local cooperate. This position will be assist in the development of the annual budget, the preparation of monthly and quarterly forecasts and the analysis of financial performance versus budget and prior periods, as well be to accountable for the ongoing analysis of process constraints, target costing projects, margin analysis, and tracing costs back to underlying activities and construct and monitor those cost-effective data accumulation systems needed to provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assists in the month end closing process, reconciliations and monthly financial statements and its reporting.
2. Accurately tracks, calculates, documents and records all activity/transactions related to Intercompany Accounting, cost, inventory and payroll for the Company.
3. Create and review the controls needed for data accumulation and reporting systems.
4. Report on margins by products and sales regions, sales person with revenue/cost
5. Report on periodic variances vs. budget/prior period and their causes for all expenses and costs.
6. Actively participate in the Company’s Directed Peer Assessment (DPA) program.
7. Validate the cost of goods sold as part of the month-end close
8. In charge of inventory and AP includes reconciling with balance sheet at the end of month.
9. Periodic adjustment of inventory and costs as required by generally accepted accounting principles, such as ICTP release and overhead absorption capitalization.
10. Analysis on the changes of turn of inventory and OBS with improvement action plan initiation.
11. Direct the preparation of monthly financial reports for local, senior management and compliance reporting outlining the organization’s business and financial performance based comparison to prior periods, budget and forecasted outlook; includes the use of KPIs, action plans and counter measure plans.
12. Exercises high level of care to ensure all documentation complies with stated internal controls for SOX 404
13. Coordinate local statutory audits.
14. Others as required by the business growth.
15. Fill in the Controller’s job in the case the controller is on the trip

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
1. Concrete understanding of China & US GAAP and finance concepts.
2. Good communication in mandarin and abilities to writing in English, good speaking in English is desired.
3. Strong analysis background and working experiences in international companies over 2 years.
4. Ability to collaborate with a multi-department team

6. Pro-active attitude

1. BA/BS degree, have experience manipulating large databases
