工作职责：

1、协助客户部门与客户协调沟通，分析目标客户需求，正确把握项目设计创意；
2、引导设计师的创作思路，指导设计师完成具体设计；协助文案及设计人员，充分调动最大创意能力及最佳创意效率，将创意从概念通过视觉表达发展成为具体的设计；
3、负责美术创意设计、制作的指导工作；负责广告设计中美术设计及美术效果的指导；
4、根据美术创意品质要求，指导、贯彻执行每一个美术创意细节，完成项目的执行，跟踪制作品的美术品质，对设计的创意、色彩、版式等进行评审。

岗位要求：

1、大学专科以上，美术、设计、绘画类专业系统学习；
2、5年以上广告设计工作经验（其中3年以上美指），有在国际4A广告的设计经验者优先；
3、能熟练在Windons的环境下操作各类Office软件，具备基本网络常识，熟练操作苹果机/PC的各类绘图工具；
4、熟悉设计、输出、印刷等后期制作工艺流程者优先；具有良好平面设计功底、线上和线下经验丰富者优先。
