Job Duties:

1. Plan purchase requirements using DRP (Distribution Requirement

Planning) system

2. Execute purchase plan by placing purchase orders through JDE

purchasing system

3. Update shipping schedules within JDE

4. Answer internal questions relating to the availability of product

5. Coordinate placement of initial production orders on new products and

work with vendor to ensure that product is received per schedule

6. Wire order/receipts

7. Provide vendors 12 month moving forecast

8. Monitors production plan and takes corrective action. Identifies

backorders, stock outs and takes necessary action to ensure

production is met

9. Monitors back-orders and expedites orders to minimize stock shortages

10. Performs other similar and related duties as required.

Job Requirement:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree or above

2. Experience: Equivalent planning experience

3. Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: Must have good analytical skills/good writen and oral English

4. Working time:AM7:00-PM3:30 [Female is prefer]
