岗位职责:

？ Use technical expertise to respond to customer inquiries, demonstrate products, product applications and company services
？ Load software on computers instruct customer in use of the equipment or development tools
？ Investigate or resolves customer problem by using resources from local suppliers or technical support centers
？ Plans, schedules and prioritizes level of technical support according to customer requirement and management direction
？ Prepare details product specifications to support customer design requirement
？ Register Design-In / Design-wins with suppliers
？ Provide field application support to customer on all I/C product in the marketing of responsibility
？ Manage projects, focus on proprietary parts design activities and follow through entire design process.
？ Maximize the design-win dollar value through continuous providing design-in supports to customer.
？ Acquire product application material / know-how to propose design solution
？ Complies and submit statistics or periodic reports

任职资格:

？ Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics Engineering or equivalent
？ 3+ yrs experience in RD or technical support in industrial segement, like IGBT, OPTO and flash.
？ Good communication skill;
？ Good business Sense
？ Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated and able to work under high work pressure;
？ Mature and able to work independent;
