Summary

The overall objective of the Business Director is to execute the client management strategy as set by the General Manager - Asia and to achieve specific KPIs relating to China and the North Asian market. To achieve this, they will ensure that specific training requirements are met, and that relationships are established and well maintained with operational agency contacts.

The Business Director will report directly to the General Manager - Asia, however to successfully deliver in the role, they will need to develop good working relationships with the Head of Customer Support – APAC and the Global Product Team.

The Business Director will be working on behalf of Asia's biggest media agency groups and their publisher trading partners, and will therefore be responsible for supporting 100+ users.

The candidate needs to have at least 3 years' experience within a client services role, and ideally within the media, marketing or creative industries. They should have experience of managing a small team, and must have fluent English language skills.

Role Deliverables

Based in Shanghai (but with trips to their responsible markets), the Business Director is responsible for meeting 5 primary objectives:

1. Ensure high levels of service and client satisfaction are maintained

2. Develop strong relationships with key operational agency points of contact

3. Increase new product and product feature adoption and ongoing usage

4. Ensure functional training is provided to ensure product usage is in line with best practice guides

5. Achievement of revenue targets
