Description:English speaking Customer Service Representative inside an ecommerce startup.
NewX is an International Company,bringing Affordable Quality Lifestyle Products to the Chinese Market.
Our Aim is to make the Furniture and Home Decoration Shopping Experience simple and fun.”
And we might add simple even for foreigner who lives in shanghai and sometimes struggle with chinese website and or chinese payment plateform... That's where we need you.
You will Serves NewX customers by providing product and service information;resolving product and service problems.
Your Duties:
Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions;suggesting information about other products and services.
Make some sales by assisting customers that are not "tech savy"or need assistance using NewX website.
Maintains customer records by updating account information.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint;determining the cause of the problem;selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;expediting correction or adjustment;following up to ensure resolution.
Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
We use the world leading Customer Service tools (Zendesk ticket system,Zopim Chat,magento ecommerce plateform)to make your life easier,if you have not used them before we will offer you a torough training.
Quality required:
Excellent speaking level of english;
native chinese speaker;
You are well organized and have a deep concern for customer satisfaction and needs;
past experience in similar position is a plus but not mandatory.
Skills/Qualifications:Customer Service,Documentation Skills,Listening,Phone Skills,Resolving Conflict, Analyzing Information,Multi-tasking.
