【职位描述】
1.负责PHP项目设计开发工作，包括B2C销售站及后台管理系统的开发、设计与维护
2.配合网站运营等工作，完成基于系统的各项修改
3.带教团队新人，达成团队绩效目标


【职位要求】
1.有2年以上开发经验，掌握PHP高阶技术（如高并发/分布式/系统安全/服务器交互等），有良好的代码风格；
2.对MySQL数据库熟练应用，深入了解各阶段的优化方案，具备相应的实操经验；
3.熟悉主流的前端技术（如JQUERY/CSS等）；
4.了解各类成熟开源框架的底层架构及核心思想；
5.有成功的中大型项目开发经验，如具备涉外电商系统开发经验者优先；
6.能够快速理解各类业务逻辑并合理转化技术需求；
7.良好的协作沟通能力，团队开发合作精神，良好的学习能力，工作责任心强，能承受工作压力。
