Responsibilities: 
Key enabler and leader for infrastructure and application Support in site. Lead cross-functional teams to operate SAP and other applications locally. 
Managing local IT asset; 
Managing local internal IT Helpdesk to Support site; 
Responsible for proposal of the solution by analyzing operation requirement and proactive exploration of opportunities for the future. 
IT production operations responsibility for all applications. 
Support responsibility of IT-related supplier management for development and maintenance of applications. 
Analyzing IT Program and project management including requirements gathering, program justification following standard locally. 
Responsible for supporting projects from design through implementation and ensuring that adequate long-term application support relationships are established 
Communicate proactively with users on all hardware, software issues and ensure 6 sigma availability of systems
Related task arranged by IT function leader. 


Qualifications: 
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, information Technology or related field. 
5+ years experience with at least 3 years as IT Supervisor in international company; 
It’s better to have relative experiences in Support on SAP modules. 
Experience in manufacturing industry business processes; 
Knowledge of operation support management, with basic knowledge of ITIL; 
Knowledge in PMP or equality, which will be plus; 
Skills(Computer, Communication, Leadership, Behavior, etc): 
Ability to coach power users and end users. 
Very positive person, High willing to learn and train people with sharing the knowledge. 
Ability to work tight deadlines, strong teamwork spirit. 
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
