任职要求：
1.university degree,major in production, engineering, Logistics or equivalent, 5 years above working experience in a MNC with similar position
2.Good knowledge of production processes especially assembly, Testing.
3.Experience in the use of tooling, jigs, fixtures, semi-automatic and automated tooling and/or robotics an advantage
4.Experience of setting up factory Assembly Lines
5.Experience in repair work
6.Experience in managing teams of workers
7.In depth knowledge of logistics processes (e.g. Material flow, JIT)
8.Familiar with root cause analysis
9.Lean manufacture background.

职位职责：
1.Supervision of all production cells in his product line to achieve the quality, delivery and costs performance targets
2.Manpower (e.g. coordinating and training of the Teamleaders)
3.Material (e.g. ensuring information flow between Logistic dept and production cells)
4.Production equipment (e.g. Kaizen of production processes or production methods or cell layout improvements)
5.Problems solving and improvement on site to support KPS implementation
6.Work center's 5S keeping and HSE Site control and enhance
7.Take full responsbility of overhaul Production to ensure Quality, Delivery performance and productivity
8.Support Warranty and repair to improve overall OTD
9.Other tasks raised from manufacture side
10.Works closely with the Cell Team Leader/s
11.Works closely with the Other segment to achieve excellent performance in manufacture
12.Works closely together with the Segment logistician, Sales and Project team to ensure a market demand specific material flow
13.Reports directly to the Service Center Operation Manager
