Major Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责：

General Function：

• Assist Dept supervisor to formulate the training plan and update the HR relevant company policy.
• Assist to maitain the employee personal file and update the HR system
• Perform operation process of the practice of HR management and implementation of various rules and regulations

Recruiting Function：

• Understand the recruiting request of each Dept
• Follow the recruiting plan, open the recruiting advertisement ,screen CV and arrange the 1st round interview
• Maintain and develop the recruiting channel
• Maintain the talent pool

Training Function：

• Organize and implement the annual training plan to ensure the progress and quality
• Organize and coordinate the training course
• Implement training effect evaluation

Admin Function：

• Assist to conplete all kinds of administrative affairs

Minimum Education and Experience Requirements 学历背景和工作经验要求：

• Bachelor degree or above in related subjects (HR, Business Administration)
• Minimum of 3 years HR Specialist work experience in the manufacturing company
• Hard Working,careful patience; Good communication skills, coordination ability and compressive ability, looks good
• Be familiar with recruiting and training process in manufactory company.
• English CET 6 Certificate
• Computer OA Certificate

Live in HangTou Town (NanHui District), or home-to-office journey is less than 50 minutes;
