协助公司合伙人进行对目标公司的财务分析、行业研究和分析、撰写融资文件，配合项目执行等。
人才素质要求：
Ø 有系统的金融、财务会计知识和背景；有扎实的会计知识和财务报表分析能力；CPA，CFA优先；
Ø 对国际、国内资本市场以及资本运作有基本的理解；有基本估值知识
Ø 金融、会计相关专业的研究生应届毕业生；
Ø 扎实的中文写作功底，并能够以英语作为工作语言。
