Reporting to Finance Director China, the Senior Analyst will have the responsibility to the running of business planning and analysis in China. The role will be responsible for the production of timely and accurate management reports and establish a robust business planning process for the rapid expanding China market. The Senior Analyst will also be working closely with Sales, Marketing and IT leaders to formulate strategic initiatives for operational improvements

Requirements:

- Min 2-3 years of experience in finance professions (MNC experience critical)

- Min 1 years of experience in FP&A

- Accounting Degree or above

- Complete fluency in Chinese & English (read, write, speak)

- Strong presentation skill

- High level of attention to details

Responsibilities:

- Assist the FD to manage Financial Planning & Analysis function

- Responsible for the management of sales forecast and business planning

- Assist on preparation of management of monthly reporting process

- Responsible for the management of distributor depletion, rebate and claims. Provide analytical reports to highlight key variances

- Assist to facilitate communication with Custom and relevant government authorities for import products. Responsible for the understanding and management of excise and tax structure of wine and spirits

Assist annual budget process

- Assist to review brand profitability and pricing architecture of wine and spirits

- Review and evaluate business case proposal. Review NPV, IRR and DCF and make recommendation on contract proposal

- Assist to review legal and financial feasibility of distributor contracts

- Any other ad-hoc duties
