Job Description:
1. Propose sales plan and target, according to company's overall goal, to achieve sales numbers
2. Provide sales forecast on regular basis
3. Develop potential customers, and analyze customer's competitiveness, credit status, and overall technical
competency.
4. Interface with customers directly, understand their needs and produce RFQ
5. Review customer's payment history, credit/term status with Finance group and align those with customer orders.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor or MS in EE/CS major
2.At least 3 years semiconductor technical experience required
3.Sales experience in Design Service Company or semiconductor industry is preferred.
4.Teamwork, dedication, strong communications and interpersonal skills
5.Back-End design experience is desired
6.Fluent oral and written English is plus
