3、知识： 熟悉市场营销、财务管理等基本知识；熟悉各类宽幅面打印产品生产流程及特点，了解丝网印刷行业工艺与应用
4、技能： 良好的客户沟通和损益担当，良好团队组织、文档制作和商务沟通能力
5、态度： 工作认真负责，具有高度的敬业精神，可以长期保持工作激情，良好的团队协作能力；

工作内容：
1、销售结果与数据收集 时间占比 40%
为完成部门制定的销售目标，分析确定目标产品的销售对象，收集客户信息，进行信息筛选并定期归纳汇总。
2、销售进程管理 时间占比 30%
为了达成所负责产品线销售预算，监控周/月度/季度销售进度，分析区域销售数据并适时调整及建议相应策略。
3、竞争对手产品信息收集 时间占比 15%
为了更好的制定销售策略，收集行业内竞争对手信息，定期（月度）提报收集到的销售数据，产品信息及销售政策。
4、新业务拓展 时间占比 15%
为扩大业务范围与客户群体，收集行业内新的应用需求信息，归纳汇总，与本部门相关人员合作制定可行的应用方案并及时回馈给客户。
