Main Responsibilities:

1.Organize and control the main production schedule in Assembly workshop

2.Follow up the production situation, product needs, manufacture process, output target etc, Accomplish the production target timely.

3.Response timely for abnormal production, identify problems and track in time, give reasonable suggestions.

4.Involved in improving productionefficiency and improve product quality and implementation of action plans.

5.Overall control and coordinate personnel management of assembly workshop

6.strengthen site management, and lead the staff to complete the work

7.Able to prepare manufacturing work instructions, checklists and operating procedures for new process requirements

8.Responsible for staff management, training and development

9.Characterize new equipment, processes, and materials and according to ISO9001 system, adjust and improve production system

10.Otherjob assigned by supervisor.

Job Background Requirements:

1.College and above, have 3 years experience of management at least

2.With Lean and quality control concept

3.Good communication skills

4.ERP experience is better.

5.Good skill for English and Computer
