服务工程师 Service Engineer


岗位职责:
1,协助销售人员完成用户的售前咨询及问题解答.
2,机器安装调试,培训操作者及客户的维修技术人员,严格执行售后服务的规章制度.
3,完成用户售后安装/调试及咨询服务.
4,对保修期内的机器进行维护,维修.
5,及时反馈用户使用中发现的问题,并提出合理化建议.
6,解答客户有关技术方面的问题.
7,对客户进行定期拜访,了解机器使用情况,收集客户需求.


任职资格:
1, 具备机械或设计制造专业背景.
2,具备机械维护维修知识,熟练使用常用的机械维修工具.

3,有冻干机安装与调试工作经验.
4,熟练各类办公软件,能够完成工作汇报及报表.
5,英语熟练.
6,能够适应国内外出差.


Responsiblity:
1, Assist to complete pre-sales consulting and questions answering.
2, Responsible for installing and fitting machines, training operator and service technician from customer, Comply with service rules and regulations strictly.
3,Complete installing, fitting and consulting service after-sales.
4, Responsible for machine maintenance under warranty.
5, Feedback the problem found during using in time and make reasonable solution.
6, Answer and solve the technical problem from customers.
7,Visit customers regularly, understand the using statement of machines, collect their requirements.


Requirement:
1, Bachelor degree in mechanical or manufacturing .
2, Master knowledge of mechanical maintenance and repair, skilled in use of tools commonly used in mechanical maintenance.
3, Has Freeze Dryer Produce-line Installing and commission experience.

4, Master kinds of office software to complete work report and reports.
5, Good command in English skills.
6, Frequent travel home and abroad will be required.
