人员要求：
1.男女皆可，定性督导女性优先。
2.年龄23-40周岁。
3.专科以上学历，初级英语会话。
4.具有独立运作项目能力，至少有2年或以上大型市场研究公司FW部门工作经验。
5.熟悉F定性定量工作流程，有丰富的不同种类型项目的执行经验。
6.有丰富的联络员和访问员资源
7.具有良好的团队合作精神，管理能力和人际交流能力。
8.吃苦耐劳守时,有负责心，工作严谨,习惯于在压力下工作。
9.熟练使用微软办公自动化操作。

工作职责：
1.充分了解项目通知书的要求，与研究部良有好沟通。
2.负责项目的预决算。
3.负责项目的具体实施，包括总控代理，招募，甄选，QC，现场控制，等等。
4.负责相关人员的劳务费结算。
