- 根据需求进行产品架构的设计, 研制和开发核心模块及软件架构；
- 开发清晰高效的软件产品和核心模块。
- 收集客户需求, 进行产品、项目设计, 带领团队进行产品、项目的开发。
- 8-10年以上的JAVA,J2EE开发经验,要求对J2EE核心技术都有所了解。
- 熟练掌握主流商业或开源数据库如Oracle,Mysql中的至少一种，并有实际数据库优化经验。熟练掌握SQL及其优化。
- 熟练掌握主流商业或开源应用服务器如Jetty,Tomcat,WebLogic中的至少一种，并有实际应用服务器应对大访问量调优经验。
- 熟练掌握主流商业或开源Web服务器如Apache,Nginx中的至少一种，并有实际Web服务器应对大访问量调优经验。
- 熟悉Windows/Linux操作系统
- 对主流开源框架技术如Spring MVC / MyBatis(iBatis) ,Spring Framework有实际应用经验，并对其架构有所了解。
- 熟练掌握Eclipse等Java开发工具。
- 对技术有执着的追求，可胜任3-5人团队技术设计及指导工作。
- 有很强的沟通能力和项目管理能力。
- 有互联网/移动互联网创业经验者优先。
