The candidate will lead a sales team to achieve our project sales target.Day to day contacting with senior decision makers from large scale multinational companies,training ,motiviting and supervising the sales team.

Responsibilities:

1: Generating sales leads by conducting desktop research
2: Day-to-day communicating with C-level executives from multinational enterprises
3: Sale delegates tickets and sponsorship packages to our potential customers. 4: Providing trainings to team members and motiviting them with your own sales performance.
5: Helping team members to close deal and supervising the payment from customers.

Job requirements.

1:Strong business sense, understand how to communicate with senior management level personnel(especially foreigners) with a professinal manner.
2:Excellent in both oral and wirtten English, TEM 8 preferred.
3:At least 3 years sales experience with 1 year experience in sales management role. Conference and Exibition sales experience preferred.
4:Hard working and can do attitude
5:Leadership in motiviting team members to achieve sales target.
