职位描述
工作内容：
1.IE相关事项；
- 对产品动作进行分析，制定标准工时(LT&IRBF生产线)
- 对工序、资源配置、产线平衡进行分析并优化
- 协助分析并提升生产效率，降低成本
- 对生产现场发生的问题收集并及时反馈
- 利用5S,目视化管理等改善工具协助生产线提高现场管理水平
- 建立标准数据库并对其进行维护
2.夹具管理员；
- 按照SOP进行组装线夹具的日常管理
- 二楼备件仓库的管理
- 保持夹具室的整洁有序
- 对夹具存在的问题及时处理并反馈
- 按照夹具计划开采购申请单并追踪以保证夹具按期到达
- 夹具成本控制及降低 - 优化夹具管理流程
3.其它主管交代的任务；
任职资质：
1.大专或以上学历,有相关工作经验者优先
2.熟练应用Office, AutoCAD
3.良好的团队合作，创新性，主动性及独立工作能力
4.细心，善于发现问题，责任心强，良好的沟通技巧
