高级编辑岗位：

我公司（惠击）正在招募一位全职编辑人员。该员工将负责公司旗下健康主题网站的在线编辑工作，应聘者应富有上进心、创新精神和自我驱动力，同时注重细节，了解网络媒体的整个发布过程。

工作职责：

? 负责管理网站的内容策划，善于发掘网站内容的发展机会和方向；
? 负责分配、编辑和发布文章，保证文章内容的高质量,并与网站发展战略保持一致；
? 负责撰写文章，及创建网站的其他内容类型；
? 与行业专家密切合作，协助完成网站编辑日历、风格规范和工作指南的构思与制定；
? 定期对网站首页和各频道页的内容进行更新，内容需紧跟当前热点；
? 负责自由撰稿人和其他内容提供方的招募、聘任和管理；
? 负责网站所有社交媒体账号的管理、策划和内容的定期更新，增加各账号的听众数目，对听众的意见和评论及时作出响应；
? 监控和分析网站统计数据，据此提升网站的业绩和用户访问量；
? 根据公司需要和业务目标完成其他编辑工作。

要求：

? 3年及以上的在健康,养生，医药类网站或者杂志从事编辑工作，具备较强的写作、编辑和汇报能力；
? 丰富的网站内容管理系统、社交媒体平台及其他网络发布工具的使用或管理经验；
? 可同时处理多个项目和任务，可按时高效地完成各项任务，抗压能力强；
? 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力、以及丰富的与自由职业者合作的经验；
? 较强的时间管理、组织和规划能力；
? 较强的分析和创新能力；
? 团队工作环境下，可独立完成工作的能力；
? 熟悉新闻的写作风格；
? 熟练使用Microsoft Office和Adobe图像软件；
? 具有新闻学、医疗、传播学或其他相关专业的学士学位。
