岗位要求：
1.有二年以上网页美工经验。平面设计或美术等相关专业毕业,具备一定美术功底；
2. 熟练掌握Photoshop或Fireworks、Flash、Dreamweaver等网页制作工具；
3.精通div+css，flash设计优先，能熟练修正游览器兼容问题；
4.熟悉html代码，能使用DIV+CSS和Table+CSS排版的方式设计页面；
5.思维活跃，具有创新意识，责任心强，具有较好的团队合作意识。

1、负责Web系统页面制作和设计。
2、配合需求分析师进行需求调研和页面原型开发。
3、优化Web界面，为用户提供人性化操作体验。
