- Ensure high customer service satisfaction level (CSL) and on time delivery (OTD) for responsible customers and product groups
- Ensure all responsible products sales forecast and firm sales orders are updated in SAP on time with confirmed delivery date from vendor included changes of delivery date from customers
- Ensure all responsible products are delivered and arrived to customer’s designated warehouse at right part, quantity and time to meet all customer sales orders included CS roles on direct shipment customer order
- Ensure all customer requirements and complaints are responded and closed on time
- Continuously improvement on inventory management – Stock Turn Rate (STR) & values
- Manage Non Moving / Slow Moving Materials (SNM) according to global scrapping process
- RMA Handling included RMA number creation in SAP
