岗位职责

1、 负责网店客服工作

2、 接待顾客的咨询及客户提出的需求

3、 日常销售订单的处理

4、 具备顾客棘手问题的处理能力,

5、 店铺后台的上货

6、 工作时间：做一休一，9：00——24:00

7、 薪资2500（底薪）+500（绩效）+300（车贴/饭贴）+销售提成

任职资格

1、了解网购，熟悉淘宝购物，能熟练操作淘宝商城后台

2、擅于把握顾客心理，细心，耐心，负责，开朗乐观的工作心态，有团队精神

3、具备良好的客户服务意识，对待客户工作能独当一面；

4、打字速度在每分钟60字，男女不限

5、配合公司的安排，适应轮班，能吃苦，住附近者优先

6、热衷网购者优先
