Responsibilities

• Preparing production schedules, relative costs to provide data for manufacturing operational decisions and estimation for staff requirements.
• Coordinating between departments like design, engineering, and planning to ensure the on-time product delivery.
• Developing and implementing process control techniques and procedures for production quality (Standard Operation Procedure, Equipment Maintenance procedure, Process Flow, Mold maintenance).
• Providing superior manufacturing engineering solutions to hardware, operational, expansion, and production requirements.
• Guiding and training the novice collaborators.
• Guiding and training the current staff to the continuous improvement.
• Working closely with configuration control and design engineering for product design and tooling to ensure effectual production methods.

Skills and Specifications

• 25-35 years old.
• Minimum 3 years experiences in injection molding company.
• Hands-on person with good manual skills.
• Should be able to grasp modern technology quickly.
• Diligent,responsible, obey the leadership of management and good term-working spirit
• Have knowledge of manufacturing concepts.
• Good communication skills.
• Should be able to prioritize multiple projects.

Education and Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in Molding/Production
• Engineering in production equivalent field
• Be familiar with AUTO CAD,MS office and ERP
• Language skills: Fluent written and spoken English
