Lab Technician - Personal Care Division （实验室技术员–个人护理产品）

Key Responsibilities:

· To define the laboratory tests and complete monitoring solution for the product formulations.

· To assist the segment managers on the testing, follow up the work of lab chemist on result analysis

· To ensure the laboratory equipment maintenance and calibration.

· To clarify and document all testing methods and procedures, and demonstrations in order to communicate

with the team, supplier.

· Work together with Sales and Marketing department in the country to better understand the market and to be

proactive in the proposition of division.

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemistry

· At least 4 years of working experience in technical support in personal care field and 3 years or above in

supervisory or manager level, be able to manage a team of lab chemistries in a professional way.

· Strong Technical knowledge (Product/Formula Application)

· Strong analytical skills

· Work systematically, always has good organized things

· Having extensive experience of lab equipment selection and lab installation and maintenance.

· Familiar with test program and test software

· Fluent in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English language in oral and written.

· Fully familiar with windows office.

· Willing to travel
