Main tasks
· Convert business case into measurable engineering projects.
· Tracking RFQ lead time for responsibled product portfolios.
· Establish product portfolio strategy to achieve annual Gross Margin target, measured by profit center financial result.
· Implement NBO process. Work with Engineering to define product specification and approve the design for technical viability (including ability to manufacture). In this role, the PM must review designs/drawings for accuracy against customer expectations and maintain ISO confirming documentation operations can rely on.
· Establish pricing strategy for specific products, pricing roadmaps
· Response to request for quotes and other inquiries in a timely manner.
· Develop go-to-Market plan for new products.
· Perform competitor analyses, demand forecasts, pricing strategies, and overall market dynamics.
· Setting pricing against cost models. Work with manufacturing team to maintain cost structure at competitive level.
· Prioritize production planning to balance customer inquiry and manufacturing capacity in urgent case.
· Manage Engineering changes



Qualifications
· Bachelor engineering degree or above , major in Physics/Optics/ME/EE or Materials
· Min. 5 year experience as Field Service Engineer, Sales Engineer, and Product Specialist or in Senior Engineering position with a multinational company.
· Good command of English both in spoken and written.
· Must have sales skills: Good customer relations and interactions. Able to communicate complex subjects clearly. Excellent presentation skills with well-prepared materials.
· Excellent communication skills and team player for internal and external communication.
· Must have strong work ethic to get the jobs done in time.
· Must have initiative to see market problems, develop problem solutions and then work in a team environment to implement the solutions.
· Should understand manufacturing costs to develop effective pricing models and should have rudimentary understanding of financial statements.
· Experience in the optics industry or in our customers industries.
Able to serve our international clients as well as to communicate with our colleagues abroad.
