Responsibilities:

1.Lead assigned project with internal stakeholders and hands-on involvement in project elements including field execution.

2.Responsible for projects from front end initiation and specifications with end in mind approach to intended quality and timely delivery. Project range from office renovation type to production, storage, movement and operations based.

3.Supervise relevant site project activities and provide guidance on technical concepts, design, regulatory requirements, budgets and schedules.

4.Lead the development of asset/equipment tagging and maintenance of the system.

5.Responsible for assigned project cost control.

6.Accountable for site contractor management and ensure total compliance to the laid corporate policies.

7.Responsible for total projects related documentation and deliverables.

8.Work with process improvement team and maintenance team to cultivate best practices and constant improvements.

9.Coordinate with internal customers such as production, QC, purchasing, corporate compliance as necessary to meet project deliverables.

10.Accurate reporting to management on project progress including cost commitments and expenditures, schedule milestones and forecast requirements for timely completion of the project.

11.Ensure permit to work process in place relevant to engineering/maintenance for project executed is effective.

12.Participate in management of change process.

13.Ensure and monitor adherence to all relevant company policies and procedures relating to Safety, Health and Environment protection, GMP and applicable SOPs.

14.Leads cross training programs, multi-tasking, supports and promotes total productive management (TPM) program. Provides and analyzes projects related key performance metrics / indices to deduce value added improvements.

15.Participates in change control process/management of change by way of reviewing, commenting and working closely with stakeholders such as process, maintenance, quality and environment, health and safety for approval.

16.Ensures good communication between the cross-functional team members; fosters team work, motivates personnel and aim towards continual improvement.

Qualifications:

1.University graduation or above in Engineering or related

2.More than 6 years working experience in related field

3.Project management background

4.Good command of computer skills

5.Good English in oral and written
