1.Production Preparation: Make production preparation for machining products according to design requirement; Design the engineering process; Design the layout and fixture needed; Calculate the working hour per the engineering process and provide the BMC data
2.Quality Problem Solving: Use quality tools to solve the technical and quality problem occurred in machining process and ensure the OTD; Responsible to analyse and reply to customer’s complaints; Find the rootcauses and take effective measures to avoid repeated quality issues
3.DBS Kaizen Involvement: Participate DBS workshops to learn various DBS tools; Apply the tools in daily work to improve continously the engineering process/ quality with various DBS tools to achieve better customer satisfaction
4.Operator Training: Prepare training material and deliver the training to operators concerning machining process

Education/Experience:
1 College or above
2 PRO E experience
3 Excellent knowledge of machining processing
4 5 years above relevant working experience;
5 Production/Engineering background, understand relevant product;
6 Good communication skill;
7 Good problem-solving skill;
8 Proficient with LEAN tools practice;
9 Good team player
10 Workable oral&reading English
11 Computer level: Proficient with Word, Excel
