Job Duties: Maintains the internal work structure by updating job requirements

Maintains organization’s staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and
interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection professionally;
conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes. 通过招聘，测试和面试环节，组建公司团队。针对候选人的选择给予管理层专业的建议；负责离职面谈；为改进而提出建议。

? Prepares employees for assignments by
establishing and conducting orientation and training programs. 通过开展入职培训和其他培训项目，为相应的工作分派准备人员。

? Maintains a pay plan by conducting
periodic pay surveys; scheduling and conducting job evaluations; preparing pay
budgets; monitoring and scheduling individual pay actions; recommending,
planning, and implementing pay structure revisions. 定期进行薪酬调查以维护薪资发放计划；准备薪资预算；监督和安排每位员工的薪资发放时间；为规划和改进薪酬结构做出建议。

? Ensures planning, monitoring, and
appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline
employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and

The Candidate should have minimum 3-5 years’ experience in the f&b sector and
