1、精通网页设计：熟练掌握Photoshop或Dreamweaver等网站制作工具；
2、精通div+css，flash设计优先，能熟练修正浏览器兼容问题；
3、熟悉html代码，能使用DIV+CSS方式设计页面 ；
4、思维活跃，具有创新意识，责任心强，具有较好的团队合作意识；
5、具备高度的责任心、诚信的工作作风、优秀沟通能力及团队精神 ；
6、有扎实的美术功底，良好的设计创新能力，较强的责任心和进取心，较强的网页布局和颜色搭配能力，在网络美 工方面能够独当一面。
