职位描述

Position: Senior Manager, Learning and Organization Development
Report to: Director, L&OD of Human Resources

Primary Responsibility:
The senior manager holds the responsibilities of people performance management, people learning management and talent management by involving in key L&OD related programs/ projects and by managing L&OD related daily working processes. This role not only supports staff of Keppel Land China in head quarter office but also the staff of property project companies within Keppel at all locations or cities in China to ensure the effective, professional and responsive delivery of the services.

Job duties:
People Performance Management
? Generate and maintain Policies, Procedures and Processes regarding people performance management
? Manage and maintain the e-system of the performance management
? Manage and implement the initiatives of target-setting, mid-year-review and annually-review during different phases of the performance management to ensure its effectiveness on improving the organizational core competiveness, enhancing staff moral and finally improving organizational productivity
? Manage and provide coaching to project companies’ related performance management initiatives
Learning Management
? Initiate annually TNA as business partner on training issues. Propose and generate yearly training plan, and, develops & manages the budget
? Make quarterly operational training plan based on yearly training plan
? Support staff to generate IDP/CDP by providing sound developmental solutions based on performance targets or goals setting. Manage the fulfillment of staff’s IDP/CDP, control the quality of the fulfillment. Manage and track the external training programs and educational-assistance programs applied by the staff
? Manage and provide coaching to project companies’ related Learning Management initiatives

Talent Development Management
? Manage and coordinate the implementation of hi-po staff selection and nomination for LEAD program (LEAD is the leadership development program) , Manage the implementation of the LEAD program
? Organize the yearly assessment on “potential” to key staff and take follow-up actions

Requirements:
? Degree holder, preferably in Human Resources or Business Management
? At least 8 years of relevant experience, with at least 3 years at managerial level
? Excellent communication and presentation skills in Chinese and English
? Possess broad perspectives and able to see the big picture
? Self-motivated, proactive, and result driven
? Effective planning and analytical skills
? Passion for developing and grooming people
