1）Finance:
- Bank payment processing
- Monthly accounting documents collection and preparation
- K-bank updating
- Expense calculation and expense receipts verification
- Accounts receivable tracking
- Office operation fee payment
2) Administration
- Timesheet verification
- Office stationary order and purchase
- Office delivery management (kuaidi)
- Travel tickets and hotel reservation for managers
- Employee residence permit arrangement
3) Other tasks assigned by HR manager KLB China
Reporting line:
- Report to HR Manager China
- Report to Finance Director France
Profile
- Good communication skills
- Bachelor degree
- Pleasant personality
